Vibe Account Enrollment and Password Reset

A Vibe account is required for:

o Online benefit enrollment

o Employee paycheck stub retrieval


CREATING A VIBE ACCOUNT

To set up a Vibe account:

o In the 'Employee Number" space enter your four-digit employee number

o On the "Password" line enter the last six digits of your Social Security number

o "Client Code" is avemaria (one word, all lowercase)

o Enter your new password

o When the page changes enter the last six digits of your Social Security number as your current password

o Enter your new password

o Save password


RESETTING A VIBE PASSWORD


If you cannot recall your password, cannot access your Vibe account, or just want to reset your password, follow the steps listed below:


o Enter your four-digit Employee Number

o Click "Reset Password"

o If the page does not change contact HR to enable a password reset

o Then enter the last six digits of your Social Security number as your password

o "Client Code" is avemaria (one word, all lowercase)

o When the page changes enter the last six digits of your Social Security number as your current password

o Enter your new password

o Save your password



INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYCHECK STUB RETRIEVAL


o Go to: www.vibehcm.com

o On the left side find "Popular Links" and then select ""Paychecks"

o The most current check will automatically display or click on "check date” for the check you would like to view

o Click on the "PDF" icon to view the entire check an to view year-to-date totals for earnings, taxes, 401k deferrals and employer match, vacation and personal time remaining
